The Process Associate (Fresher) will support employee attendance tracking, workplace monitoring, and operational documentation. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, follow company policies, and work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams.

• Assist in tracking daily employee attendance.
• Support verification of punctuality, absences, and late arrivals.
• Help generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
• Share reports with HR and management teams.

• Assist in monitoring CCTV systems to ensure workplace safety.
• Report suspicious activities or issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain basic logs of surveillance recordings.

• Support tracking of employee login and logout times.
• Maintain shift-wise working hour records.
• Identify basic discrepancies and report them to HR.

• Assist in maintaining alarm system codes and access permissions.
• Update access lists under supervision.
• Follow security procedures as per company policy.

• Assist HR and Operations teams with attendance-related tasks.
• Maintain records related to attendance and employee logs.
• Support onboarding activities such as system access setup.
• Assist during audits when required.

• Maintain organized records of attendance and login/logout data.
• Prepare reports under supervision.
• Provide required documents during internal reviews.

• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams as needed.
• Provide support to employees regarding attendance queries.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and management.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work in night shifts
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
