Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, reducing waste and embedding best practice.
Support major change programmes by assessing process impacts across people, technology and ways of working.
Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, architects and change practitioners to ensure successful delivery.
Help build a culture where process excellence and continuous improvement become part of everyday business.
Proven experience in process improvement, transformation or business process management practices.
Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement qualification.
Strong knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering and process analysis techniques.
Experience delivering process change within large, complex organisations or transformation programmes.
The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and influence positive change.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking with excellent people skills.
