FUJIFILM Biotechnologies er en Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). På fabrikken i Hillerød producerer vi medicin for vores kunder i storskalaproduktion i døgndrift året rundt. Om at være elev i vores produktionsafdeling Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM):
Som procesoperatørelev i DSM vil du blive en del af en af vores nuværende produktionsafdelinger i Cell Culture/Upstream, Purification/Downstream, eller Solution Preparation. Afdelingerne varetager forskellige trin i den biofarmaceutiske produktion, såsom medie/bufferpræparation, CIP/SIP af udstyr, opdyrkning af cellekulturer og oprensning via flere kolonnetrin til et endeligt produkt. Du vil også stifte bekendtskab med review af batchdokumentation.
Den første periode vil naturligvis indeholde løbende og grundig oplæring, hvor en kollega vil hjælpe dig med at forstå alle arbejdsgangene. Det er forventet, at du har lyst til at lære en masse nyt, er nysgerrig, ansvarsfuld og bidrager i hverdagen, der hvor der er brug for det.
Hos os er der fart på og den ene dag ligner sjældent den anden, derfor er det vigtigt, at du trives med omskiftelighed. Sammen med dine kolleger, vil du stå i spidsen for at sikre, at vores produkter lever op til myndigheds kravene og den kvalitet kunderne ønsker. Eftersom vores koncern sprog er engelsk, skal du kunne begå dig på engelsk både mundtligt og skriftligt.
Arbejdstiden er enten fast dag eller fast nat med følgende mødetider:
Dag 1: 06.00 - 17.04 eller Dag 2: 07:45 - 18:49
Nat 1: 18:30 - 04:43 eller Nat 2: 20:05 - 06:18
Uge 1: mandag, tirsdag, fredag, lørdag og søndag
Uge 2: onsdag og torsdag
