We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Problem Analyst with a degree in Industrial Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues within our operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Analyze Problems:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of department metrics to pinpoint operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Understand and evaluate current processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with significant key stakeholders to collect relevant data and perform thorough analyses to determine root causes of identified problems.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
- Guide Product Owners as to what areas need to be focused on to arrive to a high impact resolution of problems.
- Work with Product Owners as to how solutions should be designed, based on the data acquired through the previous steps.
- Work closely with various departments to drive and implement process improvements. Keeping in mind that the purpose of doing extensive problem discovery and analysis is to further improve the company as a whole thus inter-department collaboration to making sure problems are given attention and solved.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to enhance productivity, quality, and solution’s risk assessment levels.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and progress of problem discovery initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for identified problems for solutioning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform improvement efforts.
- Apply industry knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in industrial engineering or process improvement.
- Experience in a similar role within US real-estate.
