💙 What You'll Do- Provide direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete nursing assessments
- Respond to urgent medical needs
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with providers and facility staff to ensure quality care
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required
