Southern Health Partners is looking for a PRN LPN to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to the patients at Crisp County Jail.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants the flexibility of PRN scheduling while working in a setting where your nursing skills make a meaningful difference every day.
What You'll Do- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the correctional facility
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies
- Communicate with providers and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, secure, and respectful healthcare environment
- Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR certification
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- 12-hour shifts
