Job Description
Joining the Private Jets team you will start as a trainee and be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry.
As a Trainee you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a private charter, from fully understanding the clients needs, to sourcing the appropriate aircraft, arranging the travel & catering all the way through to completion. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease!
Qualifications
This is a targeted sales role where customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. We have all the tools and training to develop sales skills but experience in providing service beyond expectations is essential. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - essential
- Fluent Vietnamese speaker - Essential
- Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
- Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
- *MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
- Must hold a full UK drivers license
