Perkins Coie is seeking a private investment funds associate to join its Financial Regulations group in the New York office. Experience in the following areas is desired: (1) Structuring and formation of private equity funds, venture capital funds or hedge funds, including drafting of fund documents; (2) Negotiation with limited partners on behalf of fund sponsors; (3) Review of subscription documents; (4) Representation of private or institutional investors in their investments into private investment funds; (5) Structuring general partner and management companies; (6) Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
