Your Role - Lenora Capital Fund:
- Source, track, and manage deal flow across private equity and venture capital opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead company and market diligence meetings.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Perform and present market and competitive analyses to inform investment theses.
- Actively support portfolio companies through initiatives such as financial modeling, recruiting, and business development.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry relationships to drive sourcing and insight.
- Manage investment data and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
- Create Investment Committee materials to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support investor communications through materials such as portfolio updates, investment memos, pipeline reports, and quarterly updates.
- Collaborate with the Operations team on capital tracking, legal entity formation, investor statements, capital calls/distributions, and tax reporting.
Your Role - Client and Service Team Support
- Partner with Brighton Jones advisors to deliver private investment insights and recommendations tailored to client portfolios.
- Review pitch decks, evaluate term sheets, and analyze financial models for client-related investment opportunities.
- Contribute to educational and marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, articles, and white papers) that expand private market knowledge across the firm and our clients.
- Support business development and prospecting efforts with private investment expertise.
- Mentor and train members of the Personal CFO service teams to enhance firmwide fluency in private markets.
Your Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling skills, analytical capabilities, and general business acumen.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and executives, translating complex analyses into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); willingness to learn additional tools and systems.
- This role is a full-time, in-office position within a flexible and collaborative work environment.
- Series 65 license or CFA Charter a plus
- Undergraduate degree required
Compensation:
- Pay: $100,000 - $130,00 per year
