Job Purpose:
Ardian’s Private Credit team is offering an internship in the London office to assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential private credit investments. Ardian’s Private Credit team is one of the largest and most active private credit players in Europe, with approximately $10 billion under management. The team consists of 25 investment professionals based in London, Paris, and Frankfurt.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in investment memorandum production, including: reviewing diligence and joining diligence calls, memo drafting and financial modelling
Assisting in management of the team CRM (e.g. dealflow and pipeline tracking)
Assisting in production of minutes following team meetings and investment committees
Involvement in portfolio company monitoring and supporting the production of internal updates
Specialised business and technical knowledge:
High analytical and intellectual capability
Knowledge of financial statements, valuation techniques and competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The candidate should possess strong qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player

Education and Experience:
Degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading university. Minimum 2:1
Previous roles / internships in one of the following areas would be valuable:
Private Equity or Private Credit
M&A / leveraged finance / DCM
Transaction Services team of a leading audit firm
Strategy consulting
Other European language skills would also be valuable.
