Join our mission to empower the world to design.
The Role

As we continue building Canva Print, it has become increasingly more important for us to manage and evaluate the performance of the Print Partner Network well.
The Print Operations Specialist will support the Head of Global Operations in the management of the print partner network and our strategic partnerships with the rest of the print ops team. This person will measure and report on the overall health of the network and alert the team of any operational or quality issues that arise. Support will also be required in a project management capacity for launches of new partner and products.
The ops team is customer focused, process and detail oriented, quality minded, and understands the needs of an efficient and high quality operation. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, great with data, and a creative problem solver who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The mission of this role is to ensure that we provide total user happiness for Canva Print orders. We only manufacture what is ordered, not manufacture and hope for an order.
What You'll Do:

  • You will be a key point of contact with managing assigned PSP partners for updates and KPI's.
  • You will be accountable for maintaining data, reporting, and developing KPI's and active improvement projects for your assigned PSP's.
  • You'll assist in the onboarding process of new PSP's into the network
  • You will help identify and communicate areas of concern in operations and product quality.
  • You will help create new and update existing Print Operations SOP and Process Guides.
  • You'll provide additional support as needed to enable Ops and CHT priorities.
  • You'll help provide research and pricing analysis for New Products in Canva Print regions where applicable.

The ideal addition to the operations team should be highly proficient in relevant industry software tools to help understand file builds, color management, the nature of print, and the print industry and be able to make strategic decisions based on said knowledge.
Your attention to detail and willingness to learn and contribute to new and existing workflows will be immeasurably important for this role.
We are a group of dedicated individuals with strong project management, time management, and organization skills which enables everyone to communicate efficiently (both written and verbal form) and coordinate with the team and help escalate any issues to relevant internal and external teams.
We work with cross location and multiple time zone teams with varied skill sets.
At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
We want to empower the world to design... and print their design as well! Some of our strategic pillars are to increase Print MAUs in priority locations around the globe, while offering a delightful product and purchase experience with fast and flexible delivery. We strive for high quality and work to strengthen Canva's leadership position in the Print industry.
