To help us do this, we're looking for a mission-driven and passionate Principal Recruiter to partner with our CEO and take ownership of our sourcing strategy and recruiting engine. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, scrappy, and motivated individual to help build our rocket right from the launchpad.

About you:
- 5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI
- You're the same kind of person that you'll be looking for: you're deeply passionate about your work and possess an unusually strong work ethic.
- You have an effective approach to sourcing past simple boolean searches on LinkedIn. (What's one thing you do differently from other recruiters?)
- You're execution-focused and obsessed with making the details great.
- You're a great written and verbal communicator.
This is a great opportunity for the perfect person to shape our culture by building our recruiting team from the ground up. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
