The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Principal Program Manager and be at the forefront of driving our Developer Velocity and Tooling organization within the Digital Media Office of the CTO. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead ambitious initiatives, manage the business workstreams, and implement craft strategies that will shape the future of digital experiences. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with exceptionally dedicated individuals to deliver flawless results.

What you'll Do

  • Lead and manage Initiatives and Run the Business work for the Developer Velocity and Tooling organization.
  • Develop and implement proven strategies to improve developer efficiency and streamline tooling processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize business needs, ensuring the successful implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our engineering practices, competing to deliver the best solutions to our customers.
  • Facilitate clear communication and foster a collaborative environment where every team member can contribute their best ideas.
  • Monitor project progress strictly, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse collaborators.
  • A positive and optimistic approach, with a passion for encouraging innovation and inclusion.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $269,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
