As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure & Platforms, Data and Specialty Services on the Digitial Workflows product line, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. Your advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, while navigating through ambiguity and driving change. With demonstrated technical fluency, you will effectively manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development of new policies and processes, shaping the future of our technology landscape. 
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration, and oversee complex program execution by managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
  • Uses enterprise-authorized and ServiceNow authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning, dependency/risk synthesis, and executive-ready reporting, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • A. 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, including engagement on the ServiceNow platform, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations 
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience establishing standardized processes and metrics to streamline communications and outcomes
  • Expert experience using visuals and graphics for executive messaging, recommendations, and outcomes
  • Demonstrated successful partnerships at multiple levels across business and technical teams
  • Understanding of design thinking techniques (Persona’s, Journey Maps, Business Model Canvas etc.) 
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills including creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, and planned and organized coordination of cross functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and socializing roadmaps, milestones and scoping/estimation methods.
  • Experienced in leading projects following Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies
