About the Role
As the Principal Talent Access Partner for the Brand Marketing function across EMEA, you will play a strategic role in building high-performing, diverse teams that align with SharkNinja’s bold and innovative culture. You will deliver a five-star recruitment experience, championing curiosity, courage, and inclusion while fostering strategic partnerships with senior leaders and HR Business Partners. By leveraging data insights and market knowledge, you will influence decision-making, optimise hiring outcomes, and help shape a culture of continuous learning and debate.
What you’ll be doing
- Stay ahead of talent market trends, challenging assumptions, iterating strategies to address shifts, and positioning SharkNinja as a market leader in Brand Marketing recruitment.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with SharkNinja’s goals, acting as a trusted advisor in workforce planning and strategic hiring decision-making.
- Deliver personalised, five-star experiences for candidates, exploring innovative engagement strategies and channels to attract top talent.
- Drive initiatives that ensure SharkNinja attracts and hires talent from diverse backgrounds, fostering inclusion and innovation across the Brand Marketing function.
- Redefine and continuously improve equitable and objective selection processes, ensuring candidates are assessed rigorously and fairly to deliver extraordinary hiring outcomes.
- Identify and address gaps in the candidate journey, pushing the team to deliver unmatched, five-star experiences that reflect SharkNinja’s commitment to excellence.
- Leverage data and insights to collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to build unstoppable teams.
- Deliver impactful interview training and manager boot camps for leadership, ensuring hiring teams are equipped to attract and select the best talent.
What you’ll bring

- Strong commitment to building diverse teams and embedding DEI principles into every aspect of the hiring process.
- Experience collaborating effectively with HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex recruitment projects, optimising processes, and delivering impactful results.
