- Design, develop, and integrate electro-mechanical systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Architect system solutions by selecting and integrating the right components, sub-systems & modules for optimal functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interfacing of different subsystems.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex electro-mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Define test plans and validation methodologies for electro-mechanical systems.
Must haves
- 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong background in system architecture, component selection, and integration.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Expertise in working with high-speed pan-tilt systems.
- Proven experience in building and integrating drone or robotic systems
- Experience working on military-grade or ruggedized systems.
- Hands-on experience with motion control and precision actuators.
- Experience with embedded system design for electro-mechanical applications.
- Strong understanding of signal processing and control algorithms.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Deep technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to integrate and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Bias for action and execution.
- High problem-solving ability and resilience in debugging issues.
- Getting s**t done.
How will we set you up for success in this role?
- A live project: You will jump straight into a live project as soon as you join. No dummy or test projects.
- State-of-the-art tools and technologies: You will have access to the latest design and simulation tools, along with high-performance testing equipment.
- Access to resources: You name it, we will do everything to get it for you.
- Supportive team: You will be surrounded by the best minds ready to help you.
- Duration : At your own pace but if it takes you less than 15 minutes to apply, you are unlikely to move to the next round.
- How to ace: Do not copy-paste your answers from a website or ChatGPT. Be specific in your answers. It’s about you.
- Codeword: Use SYSTEMFORCE in the application form where it asks you for Codeword. This way we know you have read the JD :)
- Duration : 1 hour
- How to ace: Be yourself. We want to know YOU, not some ideal unrealistic person. Demonstrate your expertise in the area we are evaluating. Ask good questions.
- Duration : 2 hours
- How to ace: Show curiosity. Go beyond what you were expected to do. Come back with more ideas.
- Duration : 1 hour
- How to ace: Help us understand your goals & aspirations. Share some of the stories that have made you what you are. Ask good questions.
- Congratulations! You are now a part of Armory. You will build something that let’s you sleep at night with a
feeling you did something meaningful. Buckle up for a ride into the future.
