About the Role
You are a passionate AI professional, who is enthusiastic about automotive electronics and wants to define future cross-domain systems and in-cabin user experience
As Principal ADAS-Cockpit AI System Engineer within the ADAS LAB, you are an expert on LLM, VLM and agentic AI, and you have a proficient understanding of relevant neighboring domains. In our ADAS Lab, you will lead the design and implementation of ADAS-Cockpit cross-domain technical solutions, as well as design, develop, and maintain high-performance Agent frameworks and services that bridge ADAS systems and cockpit AI.
What You Will Do
Design and implement cross‑domain solutions connecting ADAS and intelligent cockpit systems
Build Agent / multi‑Agent frameworks for intelligent driving interaction and orchestration
Abstract ADAS capabilities (NOA, parking, driving states) into agents, skills and tools
Enable multimodal and AI‑driven interaction for intelligent driving features
Collaborate closely with ADAS, cockpit, system, and product teams to deliver production‑ready solutions
What You Need to Be Successful
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in ADAS, AI systems, or cockpit development
Solid understanding of ADAS architectures and the latest system trends
Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Model deployment, LLM workflows, or multi-Agent systems
Understanding model supervised fine-tuning, LoRA
Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for system integration and AI prototyping
Proficiency in AI frameworks, such as PyTorch, ONNX
Experience with automotive embedded platforms (e.g. Domain or central compute units based on SoCs from Qualcomm, Nvidia, Renesas, etc.)
Bonus Points if You Have
Strong system-level thinking: able to work across software, AI, HMI, and vehicle systems
Experience with Vision Language, Multimodal AI models or World Models in automotive or robotics contexts
Experience with cross-domain integration involving ADAS and cockpit / IVI systems
Experience with reinforcement learning
Familiarity with driver interaction design, explainable AI, or human‑machine interaction
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to multidisciplinary teams
Experience working with Tier‑1s, OEMs, or automotive AI suppliers is highly preferred
Experience in PoC, demo vehicles, or innovation projects
