Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with a mixed consulting and industry experience background. You will own the customer problems and lead highly qualified project teams to solve them. Principals work closely with customer teams, Dogma Alares Partners, and Senior Advisors.
Responsibilities
The Principals are perceived as either industry or functional experts by our customers. They lead customer projects on a day-to-day basis. The result of our projects are tangible and sustainable improvement. We want people interested in delivering results rather than only creating long reports.
Principals have leadership capabilities to deal with challenging problems in uncertain environments. We expect you to use your problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills to solve customer problems. You should have the courage and patience to be challenged by team members.
We expect Principals to bring cross-functional teams (strategy consultants, machine learning engineers, and service designers) to work around customer problems seamlessly. Diversity strengthens us, yet leading a team with different backgrounds will test your leadership skills. Principals will develop excellent leadership skills while managing this diversity of skill sets.
What we offer
Principals are given a flexible career choice and a competitive package (including share options). If you want to move to the Partner level, you are put on a defined path to the Partner role and supported by two Partners to achieve your performance goals. For those not interested in a Partner role, we have a "career Principal" role, which may also be part-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top university (Previous candidates came from İTÜ, ODTÜ, Boğaziçi, Bilkent, Koç, Sabancı, and Galatasaray, but we love to be challenged)
- MBA is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of industry or a global consulting experience
- Good understanding of one of the following industries (Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Retail, marketplace, fintech)
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communications skills
- Can work effectively from the shop floor up to the Board level.
