About the postion- Work directly with clients (financial institutions, regulators, enforcement bodies) to understand complex needs
- Translate business and investigative problems into AI-driven solutions
- Build working prototypes and production-grade solutions quickly
- Explore and analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, anomalies, and opportunities
- Lead special projects for non-standard, high-impact cases
- Operate as part of a small, senior, execution-focused team
- Deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions
- Implement solutions to complex problems involving large-scale data

Requirements- 5+ years of experience in engineering, data, or technical product roles, building real-world systems
- Strong technical skills with the ability to design and build end-to-end solutions independently
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompting, orchestration)
- Strong analytical skills and data intuition; ability to work with complex, large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous challenges into structured solutions
