We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Principal Engineer with advanced AI capabilities to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions across our technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in SDLC and demonstrate a strong ability to architect and implement scalable applications that leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.
Who We Are Looking For
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Extensive experience in full stack development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, cloud platforms) including familiarity with frontend designs.
Proven expertise in Databricks for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, text/image generation), including retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, semantic/hybrid retrieval, or recommendation-system design.
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems, orchestration and tool-calling design.
Ability to design, train, and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in data security and compliance including familiarity with enterprise auth patterns like bearer/OBO auth, JWT pass-through, service principals, secrets management, and row-level access patterns.
Observability, tracing, and operational debugging.
Performance testing and scalability tuning.
AI eval harnesses, canary/golden datasets, guardrails, faithfulness checks, and regression monitoring and systems.
Ability to drive reusable standards, shared patterns, and platform leverage across multiple products/teams.
What You Will Work On
Lead the development and integration of full stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and data engineering components.
Architect and implement AI-powered features using Databricks, Generative AI models, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent systems within business processes.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering best practices in software development and AI integration.
Ensure robust security, scalability, and performance of deployed applications.
