- Build Consumer-Facing Growth Experiences
- Design and evolve the systems and product surfaces that power user engagement across Fetch, including personalization, notifications, recommendations, onboarding flows, loyalty experiences, gamification, and retention-driving features.
- Drive Experimentation and Product Iteration
- Help teams move quickly by building and improving experimentation capabilities that enable rapid testing, iteration, and measurement across the user lifecycle. Balance experimentation velocity with long-term product quality and platform health.
- Own Product-Oriented Technical Strategy
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Growth stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable consumer experiences. Make thoughtful tradeoffs between user experience, speed, reliability, and long-term architecture.
- Improve Engagement, Retention, and Conversion
- Design systems that directly influence user behavior and improve growth metrics such as engagement, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization. Use data and experimentation to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Lead Cross-Team Technical Direction
- Influence technical direction across multiple teams and help establish consistent approaches for growth systems, experimentation, personalization, and engagement infrastructure.
- Raise the Engineering Bar

- Experience building or scaling experimentation systems and running large-scale A/B testing programs
- Experience working on lifecycle engagement experiences such as notifications, messaging, recommendations, personalization, or retention systems
- Experience working on growth, retention, loyalty, marketplace, social, or monetization-focused consumer products
- Experience supporting high-scale consumer mobile or web experiences
