Job Responsibilities:
MISSION:
 The radar RF engineer will be dedicated in millimeter-wave radar RF development in automatic driving or driving assistant system, including antenna design, waveform design, RF related HW design, and radar signal process.

 A person in this role should work on new radar products RF design, optimization, and validation by test and simulation.

 The ideal candidate should be self-starting and a great communicator with the global RF experts and China application team.

POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:
 Design and validate radar RF hardware like antenna, waveguide, and radome.
设计和验证雷达射频硬件，如天线、波导和雷达罩。
 Antenna mass production technical support, including factory build and test etc.
天线量产技术支持, 包括工厂生成和测试等。
 Design and validate antenna calibration algorithm.
设计和验证天线校正算法。
 Create presentations and document designs for sharing concepts with the team.
创建设计技术文档，与团队分享概念。
 Exhibit a detailed knowledge of radar system fundamentals and waveform processing.

 Research antenna, waveform, RSP etc. based on Magna platform design.

 Radar basic functions development and issue solving, including blockage, alignment, interference.

 Waveform optimization based on platform algorithm and project architecture with RSP team.

 Cooperate with hardware team on the IC design of radar product.

 Contribute to the technical leadership of the organization which includes substantial input to R&D decisions.

 Process improvement participation which includes definition and execution of Improvement projects which meet or exceed compliance with overall organizational objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor or above in Electromagnetic field / Radar engineering / Microwave engineering / Electronic engineering.
电磁场/雷达工程/微波工程/电子工程学士及以上学历。
 At least 6 years' experience in the RF field or automotive radar development, LOP waveguide antenna mass production experience.
至少 6 年 RF 领域或汽车雷达开发经验，并具有LOP波导天线量产经验。
 Development experience on imaging radar waveguide antennas based on TI or Infineon chip platforms.
基于TI或者Infineon 芯片平台成像雷达波导天线开发经验。
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
 Solid knowledge of analog electronics, digital electronics, RF circuit.
扎实的模拟电子学、数字电子学、RF 电路知识。
 Able to use RF related tools such as HFSS, matlab-simulink, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, RF simulation software, RF measurement tools etc.
具备使用 RF 相关工具的能力，如 HFSS、matlab-simulink、示波器、频谱分析仪、RF 仿真软件、RF 测量工具等。
 Familiar with RF regulation requirements and related tests.
熟悉 RF 法规要求和相关测试。
 Experience in antenna design and waveguide technology.
具有天线设计和波导技术经验。
SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
 Great problem-solving ability and self-learning skills.

 Great oral and written communication in Chinese and English.
