The AI, Product & Design Principal, Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor supporting high-impact hiring across leadership and specialized roles, including Group Directors, Senior Directors, Directors, Principal Product Managers, and Principal Designers. This role partners closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and business leadership to provide market insights, influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional recruiting experience.
The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner provides regular executive reporting and hiring insights, leverages recruiting metrics and market intelligence to identify trends and risks, and partners with People Partners and business leaders to develop solutions that accelerate hiring.
About the team:
The AI, Product & Design Talent Acquisition team collaborates with leadership to attract top talent across AI, Product Management, UX Design, UX Research, and Content Design. Acting as trusted advisors, the team addresses complex hiring needs, drives talent strategies, and supports key business goals. They provide insightful hiring reports to senior leaders, utilize market data to guide decisions, and ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience. By managing intricate searches and building robust talent pipelines, the team fosters innovation and contributes to delivering customer-focused products and experiences across Walmart.
What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the design and execution of proactive sourcing plans, leveraging advanced techniques to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
