Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct project teams on large-scale or complex projects, serving as the ultimate authority on project decisions
- Analyze and resolve complex project challenges through innovative solutions
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management methodologies tailored to specific project requirements
- Create and manage long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, and maintenance
- Oversee production activities and coordinate necessary support resources
- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to established protocols
- Manage financial aspects of projects including budgeting, cost control, and ROI analysis
- Serve as the primary stakeholder liaison, managing expectations and communications
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to develop organizational project management capabilities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for potential implementation
- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management or related area
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
- Proven track record of solving complex project challenges through innovative approaches
- Experience with enterprise-level systems analysis and implementation
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- Advanced financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- CompTIA A+
