Responsibilities- Lead and manage turbomachinery projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing to integrate turbomachinery systems.
- Perform technical assessments and provide solutions for complex engineering challenges in turbomachinery systems.
- Facilitate design reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical development within the team.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in turbomachinery design and analysis
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials applicable to turbomachinery.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and analysis, such as ANSYS or MATLab.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and project management skills.

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $180,000- $225,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
