What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the senior tactical lead, customer coordination lead, and mission area integrator supporting operational execution across assigned mission/customer areas
Coordinate task leads, monitor tactical delivery, and maintain customer engagement
Identify emerging issues and integrate operational execution across complex technical environments
Demonstrate operational maturity, technical awareness, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders in dynamic mission environments
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across technical and mission teams
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and procedures to improve mission effectiveness
Manage resource allocation, including personnel, tools, and technology, to support operational requirements
Monitor and report on operational metrics, performance indicators, and delivery outcomes to leadership
Support operational planning, scheduling, and prioritization to align with mission objectives
Lead operational risk management, including identification, mitigation, and escalation of issues
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team
Minimum Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline, or equivalent operational experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Minimum of 8 years supporting DoD, IC, cyber, or operational mission environments
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
Strong customer engagement and communication skills
Experience supporting large operational programs or government contracts
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced mission environments
Strong organizational, coordination, and operational leadership skills
Ability to identify and escalate operational risks early
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
Experience with operational reporting, process improvement, and resource management
Preferred Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI w/Poly
Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoD cyber operations, or related mission environments
Experience supporting CPFF government contracts
PMP certification or equivalent operational leadership experience
