Summary Generated by Built In

kAIgentic is building the intelligence layer for the world's most ambitious enterprises. Headquartered in Singapore with teams in India and Japan, our software platform helps large organizations evolve as fast as technology itself by turning the tacit know-how locked inside their people into safe, governed, AI-powered operations.

The hardest part of enterprise transformation is not strategy. It is execution. Institutional knowledge lives in people's heads, systems are fragmented, and risk tolerance is low. kAIgentic captures how work actually happens, designs better workflows, and runs them inside an intelligence layer that is observable, auditable, and engineered for the most regulated environments on earth. The outcome is an enterprise that continuously improves.

We are backed by SMBC Group as our founding partner and customer zero, and our platform is already being proven inside one of the most complex, regulated operating environments in the world. That means real problems, real data, and real production impact from Day 1.

The Role

As a Principal Product Manager at kAIgentic, you will translate strategic signal into shippable product. You will take ambiguous input from product leadership, customers, market research, and internal teams, then convert it into clear product direction, crisp requirements, structured briefs, and execution-ready decisions.

This role sits at the centre of customer value, user experience, platform capability, technical feasibility, market context, and measurable business impact. It requires strong judgment across large-enterprise complexity, including fragmented systems, legacy workflows, governance, compliance, approvals, exceptions, and multi-stakeholder adoption.

Working cross-functionally and with customers, you will help shape what we build, why it matters, how users experience it, how customers adopt it, and how success is measured.

You may manage a lean product team embedded in high-priority platform programs, ensuring strategic input is translated into disciplined execution and shippable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate input from leadership, customers, market signals, and internal teams into clear product direction, detailed requirements, structured briefs, and execution-ready decisions.

  • Drive product execution discipline across high-priority platform programs, including product rituals, alignment cadences, decision forums, trade-off discussions, and follow-through with engineering and prototyping teams.

  • Stay close to engineering, AI research, and prototyping teams to ensure product direction is understood, requirements are clear, edge cases are surfaced, and teams are building toward agreed outcomes.

  • Bring strong user experience judgment to complex enterprise workflows, including simplifying messy processes, reducing cognitive load, clarifying user intent, and turning process complexity into trusted product experiences.

  • Support customer engagements including synthesizing customer input, surfacing tacit knowledge, identifying workflow patterns, and converting insights into PRDs, briefs, product decisions, and measurable outcomes.

  • Use AI tools as part of your default operating system across research, synthesis, prototyping, wireframing, competitive analysis, PM workflows, documentation, and product decision-making.

  • Support pricing and packaging decisions across the product portfolio, including business case framing, value metrics, tier design, competitive benchmarking, and product input into commercial model choices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven product leadership building complex B2B enterprise platforms for large organizations, with evidence of strong product judgment, execution discipline, and shipped customer impact.

  • Deep understanding of large-enterprise constraints, including legacy systems, fragmented workflows, governance, security, compliance, procurement, integration complexity, and multi-stakeholder adoption.

  • Strong ability to translate ambiguity into execution, including converting senior stakeholder input, customer problems, and market signals into clear product direction, requirements, briefs, and decisions.

  • Strong product strategy judgment across market positioning, competitive analysis, differentiation, customer value, pricing, packaging, and first-principles product thinking.

  • Strong user experience judgment for complex products, including the ability to make high-stakes workflows clear, usable, trustworthy, and measurable.

  • Strong technical product fluency, including the ability to work credibly with engineering and AI research, understand system constraints, ask sharp questions, and make product decisions that respect feasibility, reliability, security, and scale.

  • AI-native operating style, including the ability to orchestrate both human contributors and AI tools or agents to multiply output across research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, documentation, and product management workflows.

Why join kAIgentic?

We are a global team of builders who thrive in ambiguity, care deeply about the customers we serve, and believe the intelligence layer is how enterprise work will be reshaped over the next decade. We are building the connective tissue that lets large companies operate with the speed of a startup and the trust of an institution.

We look for people who:

  • Combine technical excellence with genuine customer empathy.

  • Are entrepreneurial and energized by zero-to-one problems with no playbook.

  • Lead with ownership, integrity, and collaboration, not titles.

  • Want to help define a new category of enterprise AI, not just ship inside an existing one.

  • Working here means being surrounded by peers who challenge assumptions, celebrate progress, and build with both courage and care.

Life at kAIgentic

  • Intelligence layer at the core. You will be shaping the substrate that turns institutional knowledge into governed, production-grade operations. This is enterprise infrastructure with real consequences.

  • Innovation at enterprise scale. Startup velocity meets the depth, scale, and stakes of mission-critical, regulated environments. Both are non-negotiable.

  • Ownership from Day One. Your work directly shapes the product, the culture, and the outcomes our customers see.

  • Learning and growth. You will work alongside seasoned leaders from leading enterprises who have built and scaled global businesses.

  • A culture of trust. Psychological safety, transparent disagreement, and disciplined experimentation are how we operate, not slogans on a wall.

  • Global collaboration. Teams across Singapore, India, Japan, Europe, and the US, working as one.

  • A mission worth the effort. Building something the world has not seen before: anintelligence layer that helps enterprises continuously improve how they run.
