The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to join our team and help define and scale the future of our category-defining platform. As a product leader at GrowthLoop, you’ll turn vision into reality; shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering products that inspire the entire company.

You’ll lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact initiatives, partnering closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure we ship products that are both loved by customers and core to the business. This role is ideal for a strategic systems thinker who thrives in 0 to 1 environments and has a proven ability to translate complex ideas into simple, high- value solutions.

You will operate at the intersection of product vision and execution; defining roadmaps, setting success metrics, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring every initiative aligns with key business objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning the complexity of modern martech and data into products that deliver measurable impact for marketers and business teams worldwide.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Product Strategy: Own end- to- end product vision for major initiatives, defining how we go from concept to launch in ways that serve both customer needs and business goals
  • Drive 0→1 Execution: Take ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into defined, prioritized, and validated product opportunities
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and GTM to ensure product solutions are both technically feasible and user- friendly
  • Customer Insight & Advocacy: Conduct and synthesize user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction.
  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance and inform iteration
  • Influence & Alignment: Align product decisions with company strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed at every stage
  • Simplify the Complex: Translate data- heavy, technically sophisticated use cases into intuitive product experiences that deliver rapid value
  • Thought Leadership: Represent GrowthLoop’s product vision internally and externally; helping shape industry conversations on AI, marketing, and data- driven growth
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in product management for SaaS, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal role
  • Demonstrated success taking complex, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1
  • Strong background in data products, martech, adtech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and ship high- impact features in fast-paced environments
  • Experience partnering with design and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities
  • A strategic thinker with a bias for execution and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $200K–$220K USD, plus equity. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors such as performance, experience, and qualifications.
