About the Role:

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

Fubo is looking for a Principal Product Manager on the Growth team. The Growth team is a cross-functional and highly visible part of the Product and Technology org that is responsible for building the platform and products that drive Subscriber Growth, Margin Expansion and Retention. This includes product areas such as Organic Growth, Conversion, Partnerships, Retention and more.

In this role you will be focused on driving Retention through frequent experimentation and by building platform capabilities which enable the organization to effectively drive LTV throughout the user’s lifecycle. You will regularly collaborate with senior executives, in addition to working hands-on with your Engineering, Design and Business Analytics counterparts to bring these high value initiatives to life.

  3. Executive Presence and Strong Communication: You’re a precise, composed and proactive communicator; you’re able to jam with executives, negotiate priorities, and you always bring a data + customer lens to the conversation.
  4. Detail Oriented: You sweat the details. You love ensuring we’re thinking about a problem in the right way, ensuring we’re considering user psychology, and you obsess over delivering a product that is effective and useful.
  5. Technically Oriented: You have a strong understanding of technology architecture and systems, enabling you to collaborate with empathy and clarity with your engineering peers. You have a platform mindset and you look for ways to build systematic product capabilities that power business growth across various use cases.

Your background:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience in Growth, Martech, B2C Media or Subscription products
  • MBA or equivalent experience required
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $175,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $210,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's cash bonus plan, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
