We’re looking for a visionary Principal Product Manager to set the pace for the advancement of our business and shape the future of our product portfolio. This is a highly strategic role where you’ll define company-wide priorities, drive innovation across our most critical product lines, and partner with executive leadership to turn bold ideas into real-world impact for students and educators.
In this role you will:
- Define portfolio-level product vision and strategy that shapes the direction of the business.
- Drive innovation across multiple product areas through deep discovery and data-driven insight.
- Partner with and influence executive leadership on company-wide strategic priorities.
- Shape competitive, market, and commercial strategy, including enterprise pricing and packaging.
- Align engineering, go-to-market, and external partners around a unified roadmap.
- Mentor and elevate the product management team, modeling best practices across the function.
- You have 6 or more years of product management experience with a track record of company-wide impact.
- You are an expert in portfolio-level product strategy, discovery, and delivery across multiple product types.
- You have a gift for influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders without relying on authority.
- You are fluent in market and competitive analysis, with the ability to translate global trends into long-term strategy.
- You have experience shaping enterprise pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy, grounded in financial and P and L acumen.
- You partner naturally with engineering leadership to balance vision with technical feasibility and scalability.
- You are a compelling communicator who can rally teams through ambiguity and present with confidence to any audience.
- You bring executive presence to customer and partner interactions, from national conferences to strategic district engagements.
- You are a generous mentor who coaches product managers across all competencies.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Skills Required
- 6 or more years of product management experience
- Expertise in portfolio-level product strategy, discovery, and delivery across multiple product types
- Fluency in market and competitive analysis and translating trends into long-term strategy
- Experience shaping enterprise pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy with financial and P&L acumen
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience partnering with engineering leadership to balance vision with technical feasibility and scalability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive presence for customers and partners
- Demonstrated mentorship and coaching experience for product managers
- Data-driven approach to discovery and decision making
