Get to know the Role
We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to stretch boundaries and eliminate all painful experiences for a consumer’s transport post-booking experience. We are looking for individuals who are customer-centric, able to think holistically and systematically:

Owning the product strategy for the problem space, working closely with a team of talented Designers/ Engineers / Data Scientists / Analysts / Business Owners/ Product Marketing to execute on that strategy

Be able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, communicate impact, and get buy-in from senior executives.

You are customer-centric, able to discover and empathize with customer pain points, and experienced in crafting delightful products that are easy to use.

You are a master communicator who will work to bring teams together, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment and decision-making.

You are disciplined and understand that product management is both an art and a science.
The Day-to-Day Activities

Lead a cross functional teams comprising engineering, analytics and designer, data scientist to define pod strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experience

Be comfortable with rapid hypothesis testing to identify and validate growth opportunities.

Work with product marketing, operations, and country representatives to execute go to market for new product launches

Ship minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation.

Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
-
8+ years direct experience in product management at a tech company, with demonstrable success in launching new products/features with clear impact;

Passion for solving challenging problem spaces and possess a bias for action to deliver incredible customer experiences

Possess a strong analytical, customer-centric and owner’s mindset for your products and work
-
Able to use critical thinking and data to guide decision making
-
An excellent communicator and is able to work and influence stakeholders across different cultures and teams
-
Comfortable with engaging in technical discussions or delivering business presentations depending on the setting, and also being able to clearly explain both concepts to a wide variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)

Strong experience in all stages of the product life cycle

Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
The Nice-to-Haves

Bachelors in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics, or related fields.

Solid ASEAN/ APAC exposure.
-
Entrepreneurial or startup experience.

Experience working with distributed teams.
