The Opportunity

Adobe is reimagining digital drawing for a new generation of users and devices. This is an outstanding opportunity to join us as the Principal Product Manager for Adobe Fresco. You'll be at the forefront of setting the strategic roadmap for one of the most innovative digital illustration apps in the market. Collaborating with a world-class team, you'll help define and successfully implement features that drive growth and user engagement. What you'll Do

  • Develop the 12 - 36 month roadmap for Adobe Fresco and outline the strategic plan for the next three years
  • Design, build, test, and launch features to drive significant growth in Fresco’s user base
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize your roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, and other PMs to ship polished, high-impact features at scale.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to implement your strategic plans
  • Evangelize Fresco at conferences, with partners, and on social media

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with an MBA (preferred) or equivalent business experience
  • Experience as a Principal PM or Director-level IC, driving complex initiatives in large-scale products.
  • Customer-focused approach, skilled in delving into user problems, validating ideas through data, and delivering experiences that truly matter.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, ability to build trust and drive consensus and alignment across diverse collaborators.
  • Experience in creative tools, imaging, or design software is a significant plus.
  • A passion for elegant, scalable systems and the user experiences they enable.
  • Proven analytical abilities paired with the capacity to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences
  • Experience building mobile apps and familiarity with agile, lean, and/or scrum methodologies
  • Experience mentoring or managing other product managers and a passion for drawing and painting in any medium is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
