We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

The Opportunity

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

The paid media and ad-tech space is undergoing a massive shift as advertisers continue to move towards 1P data, 3P cookies become less critical and new addressable media channels like RMN and CTV continue to grow. The Adobe Digital Experience Cloud team is passionate about driving innovation in this market by putting zero code marketer friendly data collaboration tools in the hands of both agencies, brands and publishers, so they can be data driven, agile, and transparent.

The Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) empowers businesses to unify and activate customer data in real-time across channels, enabling personalized and impactful experiences at scale for enterprise customers worldwide.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Product Manager to join our Real-time Customer Data Platform (aka Adobe RT-CDP) team based in Bucharest.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with software engineers, product marketing, and user experience teams to drive product strategy and execution. You will shape and influence the roadmap for Adobe RT-CDP, developing solutions that process vast volumes of customer data for enterprise clients around the globe.

What you'll do

  • Engage closely with EMEA enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges around data unification, activation, and real-time personalization, gathering insights that directly inform the RT-CDP roadmap.

  • Identify key use cases and needs for customers CDPs (especially specific to the EMEA region), translating these into well-defined requirements and strategies for product development and cross-functional alignment.

  • Develop and drive product strategies that address complex customer needs across varied industries, working collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders who bring diverse perspectives and goals.

  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and optimize the RT-CDP platform for efficiency and scalability, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, data protection laws, and market demands.

  • Equip sales, consulting, and support teams with in-depth knowledge of RT-CDP, delivering training and resources to help them effectively communicate value, solve client challenges, and showcase the platform’s capabilities.

  • Lead communication efforts across global teams to align on dependencies, roadmap milestones, and strategic priorities that reflect our customers needs.

  • Clearly communicate the value of new features and improvements, enabling go-to-market teams to maximize their impact with our customers.

  • Use data and customer insights to strengthen proposals and influence key product decisions, building a compelling case for solutions that drive adoption and impact.

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and thought leadership materials tailored to internal and external audiences, highlighting RT-CDP’s unique value

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years experience as a formal Product Manager.

  • Proven track record of breaking down processes and identifying customer pain points to deliver product and business improvements

  • Experience communicating and collaborating with a variety of cross-functional audiences ranging from engineering and UX teams to directors/VPs

  • Comfortable with tools of software development: Goldmine, Forrester, Qualtrics, Jira, Atlassian, Github (or equivalent)

  • Experience in identifying new product opportunities and driving them to completion.

  • Strong customer empathy and proven engagement with customers and partners.

  • Capable of making sound decisions with incomplete or imperfect data; proven track record of assessing tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritizing initiatives, and maintaining a bias for action.

  • Technical enough. You work with engineers to understand how our data is modeled and how it flows through our system, and can influence the technical strategy using business outcomes.

  • You're a data-driven problem solver. You build a hypothesis and test it with data.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative working style.

Bonus
