We're building Frontier, Faculty's Decision Intelligence Platform. We need an exceptional Principal Product Designer to lead the design of a beautiful, intuitive AI platform that transforms how organisations make decisions.

• Learning what our customers need and how our AI can help them make better decisions

• Partnering closely with the product lead to shape where Frontier is heading

• Working with front-end developers to create a design system for Frontier; the templates, patterns and components that shape the core experience

• Helping our teams deliver for customers while keeping the core Frontier platform consistent and scalable

• Supporting product teams to deliver high-quality work

• Guiding and developing other designers on our team

• Shape how AI transforms decision-making across industries, creating experiences that define the next era of work

• Craft elegant solutions to complex problems where every detail matters, building a product that sets new standards

• Drive meaningful change, shaping our products for the highest impact

• You’ve built a wealth of experience designing for complex B2B, SaaS products

• You’ve got a portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people.

• You’re a seasoned collaborator, and inspiring communicator, designing in the open, leveraging other functions’ expertise, and taking them on the journey with you

• You have strong interaction design skills, with a passion for high-quality fit and finish. You’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales

• You practise evidence-based design, and can articulate your choices clearly and credibly
