We’re on the hunt for the best visionary Principal Platform Engineers to lead the design and evolution of our next-generation AWS platform strategy.
What you’ll be doing
In this high-impact role you’ll drive innovation by designing and implementing systems that integrate cloud-native infrastructure, Agentic workflows, and GenAI solution to build truly intelligent and adaptive systems.
Design and deliver the technology roadmap for AI-enabled AWS platform engineering.
Architect scalable, event-driven, and autonomous infrastructure using GenAl and Agentic design patterns.
Collaborate with ML and product teams to productionise LLM-based agents into core platform service, and enhance and scale IaC frameworks supporting intelligent system behaviour.
Uplift the observability, reliability, and cloud-native best practices across platforms
Evaluate emerging technologies, providing strategic guidance on platform tooling
Lead global best practice engineering standards, mentoring teams on building intelligent, resilient platform systems.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
Are experienced in designing and scaling large-scale infrastructure on AWS
Bring deep expertise in IaC (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) and modern DevSecOps practices
Show hands-on experience working with AI/ML frameworks (i.e. TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn)
Demonstrate their knowledge of Agentic system design and autonomous workflows I production environments
Can summarise AI/GenAI engineering to senior leadership, and explain the deep technical aspects to engineers
Bring expertise in distributed and/or low latency platforms, Service oriented architectures and security, and enterprise level continuous platform integration
