Develops NIMT’s strategic vision, oversees programs, and leads fundraising growth from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Builds principal-gifts strategies, annual and multiyear individual-giving plans, donor engagement approaches, and philanthropic revenue initiatives. Partners with development and events teams, supports leadership and program staff with donor strategies, and prepares outreach materials, talking points, email drafts, and follow-up communications.

- Partner with development events team to engage prospects and donors.
- Create and implement principal gifts fundraising strategy, which will include both quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Provide program and leadership team members with effective strategies for approaching donors and prospects.
- Maintain a donor-centric and comprehensive approach.
- The Director will create and execute the strategy to expand philanthropic support from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and UHNWIs.
- Help lead the design and implementation of a strategic and operational plan to significantly expand philanthropic revenue from HNWIs and UHNWIs.
- Implement annual and multi-year fundraising plans and goals for individual giving.
- Create and lead the expansion of philanthropy from individuals, particularly HNWIs and UHNWIs.
- Generate written talking points, email drafts, and other outreach material, and assist them with donor contact and follow up.
