you will be part of the IT Business Partnership organization, responsible for ensuring operational stability, continuous improvement, and strategic enhancements of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications, with a primary focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
This role requires a techno-functional expert with strong hands-on experience across Oracle Manufacturing modules, capable of partnering closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Planning, Production Control, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and compliant process execution across global operations.
You will report directly to the Sr. IT Manager for Finance and PCO, working in hybrid mode from our Samara Santa Fe office, Mexico City.
Your contributions will directly impact production execution, material flow accuracy, fulfillment performance, inventory integrity, and operational excellence across Honeywell’s manufacturing network.
Serve as a senior techno-functional analyst for Oracle EBS R12, with specialization in:
• Oracle Inventory (INV)
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Order Management (OM)
• Shipping Execution
• (Nice to have: Oracle ASCP / Planning)
Partner with cross-functional business teams (Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and IT) to:
• Capture and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Drive enhancements and process optimization across manufacturing and supply chain
• Ensure stability, compliance, and accuracy of manufacturing data and transactions
Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of Oracle EBS R12, including:
• Root cause analysis and resolution of manufacturing and inventory issues
• Support for production execution, material movements, WIP accounting, reservations, and shipping
• Data integrity, reconciliation, and transaction controls
Provide techno-functional expertise for:
• Configurations, setups, and extensions in Manufacturing modules
• Custom objects (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows)
• Integration with external manufacturing, WMS, MES, and planning systems
Support and perform:
• System testing (SIT), regression testing, and UAT for enhancements, patches, and upgrades
• Deployment coordination with technical teams (DBA, Developers, Integrations)
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for:
• Functional setups
• Business processes
• Technical specifications
• Standard operating procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle COE, collaborating with global teams to standardize and streamline processes.
