Duties and position description:
- Technical delivery leadership of a portfolio of Guidewire engagements. Responsible for the technical oversight of Guidewire implementation delivery efforts, ensuring client satisfaction, helping meet practice financial goals, and ensuring continued practice development.
- Expected to take responsibility for the 'performance contract' of Norima's Guidewire field technical implementation resources - setting expectations and challenges, providing support and feedback, and ensuring appropriate practice knowledge dissemination.
- Act as a senior Norima contact in the line of project escalation for any Guidewire delivery-related project issues and have discretion on how to solve them in concert with practice leadership.
- As part of the Insurance Transformation Practice Senior Management Team, work together to support the practice SVP in shaping the practice's operation and its relationship with Manila SDC employees and North American clients.
- Support practice business development initiatives by helping devise project plans and implementation approaches, preparing written proposals and supporting in-person pitches.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a Master of Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Technology.
- Must have Guidewire License/Certification.
- Must have at least 15 years of experience working in the field
