Build AI that helps marketing teams research, create, and measure their work.
The Role
Own end-to-end revenue enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams. Build onboarding and development plans, create and deliver training, coach leaders and representatives, support product launches, and use conversation intelligence and CRM data to identify skill gaps and measure impact. Manage senior stakeholders, drive enablement technology adoption, mentor teammates, and help scale the enablement function.
Summary Generated by Built In

Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.

Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.

As Principal GTM Enablement, you'll own enablement execution in the field across our Sales and Customer Success teams. You'll partner directly with senior sales and CS stakeholders to turn their performance priorities into learning plans, content, and coaching support that help new and tenured reps ramp faster and perform more consistently. You'll lead your own initiatives from scoping to measurement, deliver training and onboarding, and use call and deal data to target the right skills as our product and market continue to move quickly. This role is built to grow, and as the function scales we expect you to take on a broader scope and help scale the team as well.

What you'll do
  • Drive forward key enablement programs, initiatives and deliverables end-to-end across our GTM teams in alignment with department and company goals.

  • Identify net new opportunities; from scoping through to delivery, measurement, and iteration - you’ll be expected to own this in its entirety.

  • Manage relationships with senior Sales and CS stakeholders: gather needs, set priorities, and report progress and results directly with them.

  • Build learning plans for new hire ramp and for ongoing development of tenured reps.

  • Create and deliver live and on-demand content, including outlines, decks, role plays, and facilitated sessions.

  • Partner with first and second-line leaders to reinforce training through call reviews, deal inspection, and coaching.

  • Use conversation intelligence and CRM data to identify skill gaps and measure behavior change.

  • Act as a main POC for key product launches and change management, including messaging, process updates and net-new expectations to the field quickly and clearly as changes occur.

  • Help drive enablement tech adoption across the GTM fields by leveraging internal and external AI resources to aid in ease of consumption and efficiency. Experience building resources, skills, and tooling with AI to aid in enablement functionality, impact and reach a huge plus.

  • Act as a mentor for teammates regularly by sharing learnings, best practices and ideal outcomes across the broader enablement team.

Who you are
  • 5+ years in revenue enablement at a B2B SaaS company, with a rich history of ownership of programs and initiatives end-to-end.

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role (sales or CS), with enough hands-on time to coach with credibility.

  • You manage senior stakeholders with confidence and deliver without needing hand-holding.

  • You’re comfortable with and able to act “hands-on” with AI tools, conversation intelligence, LMS platforms, and CRM data.

  • You carry strong facilitation and communication skills while remaining comfortable across large “live learning” environments.

  • You turn data into clear recommendations and can show the impact of your work.

  • You’re a self-starter and team player with high energy, meticulous ownership, clear follow-through and can work well with autonomy and ambiguity at times.

Teams bring those insights together with their company knowledge to create content and carry out marketing work with Aim, Profound’s AI Marketer. Our engineering, research, product, design, and marketing teams work on problems including how agents use business context, how to evaluate the quality of their work, and how to make them useful in a marketer’s daily workflow. We’re also expanding our applied AI labs in New York and San Francisco, where we research and evaluate AI for marketing. Profound has offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Singapore, and Buenos Aires.
