The Role
Leads GEOINT standards, conformance, interoperability, and governance efforts across DoD and Intelligence Community enterprise environments. Advises on data formats, integration practices, and interoperability involving multiple assets, platforms, capabilities, and allied systems. Supports DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, JITC, JROC, and JCIDS processes; applies geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics to military and intelligence operations; and briefs senior leadership. Requires extensive GEOINT program experience and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics; Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 15 years of experience supporting GEOINT programs or initiatives within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
· Deep understanding of GEOINT standards, conformance, data formats, and integration best practices across enterprise environments.
· Knowledge of GEOINT interoperability requirements for GEOINT systems and/or GEOINT components involving multiple assets, platforms, capabilities, including allied partner systems.
· Familiarity with DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, and JITC conformance and governance processes.
· Familiarity with Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and/or the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
· Experience supporting military or IC operations through geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and work collaboratively across technical teams.
· Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
