Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Analyst/Author
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Infinera Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Analyst/Author to join our Information Technology team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience authoring in Kinaxis RapidResponse, integrating ERP systems (preferably SAP) with RapidResponse, and enabling the Customer Order Scheduling function within RapidResponse. This role requires over 10 years of experience in Information Technology with a strong emphasis on supply chain management systems, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring seamless operations across global teams.
The role will be based out of Bangalore, India (remote a possibility for the right candidate). This role may involve travel to other Infinera locations as needed.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Order Fulfillment, and Scenario Planning modules.

Integrate ERP systems with Kinaxis RapidResponse, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Develop and maintain Order Scheduling functions, leveraging ERP ATP knowledge. Experience with SAP ATP is preferred.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose the best possible solutions.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and stakeholders.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse functionalities.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Infinera’s supply chain processes.

Support stakeholders in Malaysia and the US, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.

Utilize JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and overall task management.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-
Over 10 years of experience in Information Technology with a strong emphasis on supply chain management systems.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse, specifically in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Order Fulfillment, and Scenario Planning modules.

Demonstrable experience integrating an ERP system with Kinaxis RapidResponse. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Experience using Talend to integrate Kinaxis with other systems such as SAP and SFDC.

Strong knowledge of Order Scheduling functions and ATP on an ERP system. Experience with SAP ATP is preferred.

Demonstrable leadership skills with experience leading projects and mentoring team members.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to support stakeholders in Malaysia and the US.

Experience with Agile principles and user experience with JIRA, including planning sprints and recording sprint plans.

Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tools.

Certified RapidResponse Author Level 2 or 3

Education Required:
MS/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Certification in SAP ECC or SAP S4.

Experience integrating Kinaxis with SFDC.

Experience in the optical networking industry or a similar high-tech environment.

Familiarity with other supply chain management tools and technologies.

Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in supply chain management.
