Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for an organizational change agent who can turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business impact. - Develop roadmaps, business cases and adoption plans that deliver measurable impact faster
- Build and maintain alignment, using scorecards to track and share progress

- Build leader and teammate capability through training, coaching, tools and hands-on enablement
- Expand AI champions networks, tapping into expertise and experience across the business
- Partner with HR, Technology and Legal to enable responsible AI use
- Track value through capacity created, time saved, adoption and business outcomes
