Purpose: This position will design, develop and enhance backend and frontend web software for our Precision Tools products. Position Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally across design, hardware, software, test, life cycle engineering & support
Design, develop & port backend and frontend web software on Linux
Work closely with UX design team to define & implement the web user interface for the device Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have: full stack development
Node JS
React JS
Postgres OR SQLLite databases AND SQL queries
Integration, debugging skills
Peformance and memory optimization of Node and JS
Nice to have:
Other web backends optimized for compute and memory constrained environments Work Environment:
Office-based (Hybrid schedule) with some travel to other PTL locations, customer sites and industry events.
