About the team
Our team develops the core lending product for Auto Finance industry. We serve clients from various geographies and is responsible for every functional/business aspect of a lending / leasing portfolio.
What you will be doing
This position is for Mainframe Developer. The role requires an experienced, high caliber mainframe developer with good functional and technical engineering skills/ product knowledge to work with business stakeholders and key suppliers to deliver change to agreed time, quality, and cost parameters.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Mandatory 10 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS in Mainframe application development with good grasp in mainframe tools
- Must have good knowledge on Banking/ Lending Domain
- Systematics ALS experience would be an added advantage.
- On-call production support experience would be an added advantage, but not essential to the role.
- Agile Scrum experience would be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Bangalore.
- Experienced with all major development and delivery phases and activities.
- Has participated in the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple development projects.
- Graduate from Technical background with positive attitude, self-starting, motivated quick learner qualities
- Sound logical reasoning & design experience with good troubleshooting skills is required.
- Ability to explore new age technology improvement/ automation is desirable.

- Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM and Mainframe Tools.
- Strong analytical skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Practical experience in Banking/Lending Domain

- Degree or equivalent.
