Job Description

In addition to a comprehensive professional onboarding process and a strong personal network of clients, you will gain deep insights into the transactional business and the private equity industry from day one.  
In your position as Principal, you will work closely with our clients in the private equity sector. You will distinguish yourself through your professional communication and presentation skills and demonstrate your ability to identify the client's needs. Through your empathetic leadership qualities, you will deliver the highest quality to our clients and provide the team with an environment that offers potential for further development, thereby contributing to the success of our company. 

 
Look forward to diverse and challenging tasks, such as: 

  • advising and guiding leading European financial investors in executing international transactions within the Mid-to Large -Cap segment. 

  • managing projects and providing client consultation in the preparation of Commercial Due Diligence reports and buy-and-build strategies. 

  • developing growth strategies by assisting our clients in executing their buy-and-build/Platform strategies. 

  • taking (co-)responsibility for the development and implementation of acquisition measures. 

  • holding key-account responsibilities within the Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors. 

  • identifying investment opportunities through target screenings. 

  • creating market models and validating business plans. 

  • taking responsibility for the professional and personal development of the team and contributing to company growth 

  • supporting the sales team in acquiring new projects 

Qualifications

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, and you are a true team player with hands-on qualities, always striving for collective success. 

Furthermore, you identify with the following: 

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study (such as Business Management, Business Informatics, General Management) with outstanding grades  

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the strategy and transaction consulting field and proven track record in business optimisation 

  • Competence and experience in managing existing clients, as well as a successful track record in acquiring new clients 

  • Strong personality with a confident demeanor and experience in an international business environment  

  • Extensive consulting experience in areas such as M&A, Transaction with an angel in commercial 

  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with outstanding grades.
  • 8+ years relevant experience in strategy and transaction consulting with proven business optimisation track record.
  • Experience managing existing clients and successfully acquiring new clients.
  • Extensive consulting experience in M&A and transaction advisory with commercial focus.
  • Fluent proficiency in German and English.
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset; team player with hands-on qualities and leadership capability.
  • Experience in international business environments and confident client-facing demeanor.
