ZS's Digital and Technology group focuses on driving end to end Digital Transformation that includes Digital Strategy, Human centered Design, exploiting emerging technologies, and purposeful change management to improve customer and company results. The types of solutions include Digital Strategy and Advisory services, end to end Transformation Management, Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI, Intelligent Automation, re-imagining business processes with digital first lens and building Digital Products, Solutions and Digital Platforms leveraging Big Data Technologies, AI/ML and Advance Analytics, Digital Platform configuration and integrations. We provide a complete spectrum of technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap definition to full scale implementation and on-going operations. Our team possesses deep expertise in leading digital transformation, enterprise data analytic and AI, Data science and advanced analytics and building end to end digital.
Business Technology- Principal
We are seeking a Partner to lead our Technology Services in the East Asia region, with a primary focus on driving business development opportunities for ZS's Technology solutions. The role emphasizes creating thought leadership and business development opportunities in the East Asian market. The individual will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of the Business Technology group by developing and managing existing client relationships and facilitating new business engagements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with ZS leadership to grow the practice by expanding client and customer relationships and establishing trusted advisory relationships with executives across the company's various accounts.
What You'll Do

• Lead large scale client business development and technology delivery engagements for the clients primarily in the Life Sciences Industry - Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector;
• Shape digital transformation programs and build digital custom solutions (portals, apps etc) powered by data and insights
• Actively develop trusted advisor relationships with client executives;
• Lead technology and cross-functional teams to deliver high quality engagements within timeline and budget;
• Collaborate closely with other ZS team members to drive overall Digital & Technology space growth;
• Build internal connections with the ZS Business Technology group and represent client's needs;
• Play an active role in building the space, its talent pool, and growing and mentoring team members
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• Foster an innovation driven culture to design futuristic offerings within Technology space for the region
• Effectively lead these offerings into selling collaterals and partner with client service teams in selling process

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences;
• MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable;
• 15+ years' experience in life science, pharma or healthcare industry management consulting;
• Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Medical Device companies;
• Prior experience in Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Management and Data Warehousing etc;
• Demonstrated experience of developing new prospects, driving revenue, and delivering high quality projects and services within budget;
• Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge;
• Possess executive-level presence and communication skills, with native-level proficiency in both English and Japanese being essential.
