The Opportunity:
Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Engineer for our rapidly growing company. Our cutting-edge AI platform and tools will transform healthcare management, leading with RCM solutions for streamlined documentation, faster claims processing, enhanced clinical decision support, and much more. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data infrastructure needs, develop and implement data pipelines, and ensure the quality and reliability of our data. Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data storage systems
  • Develop and implement data quality and data governance processes
  • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and requirements
Qualifications:
  • You must currently be located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies
  • Excellent understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health care experience, notably experience with RCM solutions, highly desired
  • Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) desired
  • Humble approach to learning, dedicated team player, and excited about innovation
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $220,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
  • Target Annual Performance Bonus
