The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving successful SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, ensuring efficient and effective production processes and quality control measures. Responsibilities
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions, tailoring them to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their production planning and quality management needs.
  • Configure and customize SAP PP and QM module settings, including production orders, planning strategies, and quality inspection plans.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on SAP PP and QM functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of new implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage the integration of SAP PP and QM with other critical SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to optimize performance and address any emerging issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Lead data migration efforts for production planning and quality management master and transaction data in SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PP, QM, and S/4HANA, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Exceptional functional configuration skills in SAP PP (production orders, planning strategies) and QM (quality inspection plans, quality certificates).
  • Hands-on experience with the integration of SAP PP and QM with other modules, including MM, SD, and FI.
  • Strong project management skills and a successful history of leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration processes, particularly for production planning and quality management data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking to improve processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in SAP technologies.
