- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions, tailoring them to meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their production planning and quality management needs.
- Configure and customize SAP PP and QM module settings, including production orders, planning strategies, and quality inspection plans.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on SAP PP and QM functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of new implementations and enhancements.
- Manage the integration of SAP PP and QM with other critical SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to optimize performance and address any emerging issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
- Lead data migration efforts for production planning and quality management master and transaction data in SAP S/4HANA.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PP, QM, and S/4HANA, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Exceptional functional configuration skills in SAP PP (production orders, planning strategies) and QM (quality inspection plans, quality certificates).
- Hands-on experience with the integration of SAP PP and QM with other modules, including MM, SD, and FI.
- Strong project management skills and a successful history of leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration processes, particularly for production planning and quality management data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
