Fractal’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) practice partners with leading global CPGs to unlock sustainable growth across pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms. We are seeking a Principal / Senior Manager – RGM Data Platforms with 12–15 years of experience in building scalable data foundations that power advanced analytics and AI solutions in the RGM domain.
This role will sit within the RGM practice and will be responsible for designing and scaling fit-for-purpose RGM data ecosystems, enabling elasticity modeling, promotion ROI, price-pack architecture, and assortment analytics for global clients.

• Define and implement data architecture for RGM use cases, integrating syndicated data, retailer data, POS, panel, ERP/finance, and trade terms.
• Establish RGM data models and marts that harmonize multi-country, multi-retailer datasets for consistency and comparability.
• Drive data quality, governance, and lineage frameworks to ensure reliability of RGM analytics and KPIs.

• Partner with RGM data science teams to operationalize price elasticity, promotion effectiveness, assortment optimization, and pack-price architecture models.
• Build reusable RGM data products such as KPI libraries, feature stores, and similarity engines for scalable client deployments.
• Support the rollout of AI-enabled RGM solutions, including prescriptive recommendations and agentic AI-driven decision support.

• Act as the data platforms lead within the RGM practice, collaborating with product managers, client partners, and consultants.
• Mentor and guide teams on best practices for RGM-specific data engineering.
• Translate data design decisions into business outcomes that drive measurable client impact across pricing, promotion, and profitability.

• 15-20 years of experience in data platforms and advanced analytics enablement, with at least 5 years in CPG/Retail or RGM-related domains.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stack (SQL, PySpark, DBT, Airflow, Kafka).
• Deep knowledge of RGM levers (pricing waterfalls, trade promotions, pack-price architecture, assortment, trade terms).
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale global CPG data ecosystems for analytics and decision support.
• Familiarity with model enablement workflows (elasticity, promotion ROI, mix optimization).

• Knowledge of AI and GenAI adoption in RGM, including agentic AI for automated decision-making.
• Experience integrating syndicated (Nielsen, IRI), retailer, and ERP/MDM datasets.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to link data decisions to RGM growth outcomes.
