Job Description
BAE Systems, Ordinance systems Inc. is currently seeking an individual with a passion for business analysis to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your technical background to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Utilize technical expertise to analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop a deep understanding of business operations and requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Apply technical knowledge to drive business value and improve processes
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field with 6+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Data Warehouse: Experience with source system analysis, data modeling, and database development.
• Integration: Experience with ETL development, system APIs, and Excel VBA/macros/Power Pivot.
• Reporting/Business Intelligence: Ability to reverse engineer from business need to report visuals, and experience with database view/stored procedure development, report development, and DAX.
• Tools: Proficiency developing reports using Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, Visio, and scheduling tools (MS Project, P6)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Skills:
Software System Experience: Knowledge of MS Excel VBA, on-premises client-server, and cloud-based systems. SharePoint Online and Power Automate Experience a plus.
Business Analysis: Experience with reverse engineering business process flows, developing/documenting workflows, and root cause analysis.
Project Management: Experience with developing project charters, schedules, and managing project execution, as well as monitoring and controlling project controls, EVM, and understanding all phases of project management.
Construction Experience: Experience supporting projects >= $10M, understanding project financials, and familiarity with OBS, WBS.
Gov Contractor Experience: Experience supporting government contracts.
Experience with estimating tools (InEight Estimate, Autodesk ProEst) and PMIS tools (Procore, Oracle Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk Build) a plus.
Familiarity with EVM tools (IPM, Cobra).
Preferred Certifications:
CSP or equivalent
Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA)
Project Management (PMP)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
